We’re Hiring Roofers
We’re looking for experienced Residential Roofers to join our year-round team on the islands of
Kauai, Maui, and Oahu. Ideal candidates will have strong craftsmanship, reliability, and a
team-oriented mindset. Housing assistance is available for qualified applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality installations of residential roofing systems
Work with materials including concrete tile, asphalt shingles, cedar, and metal
Maintain clean and safe job sites
Follow detailed installation procedures and safety protocols
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of full-time residential roofing experience (within the last 3 years)
U.S. citizen or valid work visa
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to pass drug test and background check (no recent DUIs or felonies)
Physically capable of lifting 80+ lbs and working on roofs/ladders
English proficiency preferred
